A little over a year ago I blogged about McDonald's in Britain being given the right to award advanced high school degrees to its workers.Well the Bizarro world we live in just got a little more bizarro.
Apparently British McDonald's are set to start award McPhD's.
Yup, doctorates.
According to David Fairhurst, McDonald's "Chief People Officer" the awarding power proferred to it by Britain makes McDonald's, "a University in its own right".
Really, I couldn't make this stuff up.
