I actually downloaded and read the study that "Corpulent" cites. The problem is, I think, in how it was conducted. The study interviewed 99 Australian college students with a mean age of 19. Please! At 19, I had lost a lot of weight and was looking good. I was convinced that if I could do it, ANYONE could! It didn't last. That's why I had weight loss surgery November 2008. I wish it had been available when I was young.
