ReplyDeleteThis is unrelated to the awesomeness of Star Wars coming to Disney land, but I've been following your blog for a few months now and have been very inspired to eat healthier. I don't struggle with obesity, but am a young mother of two wanting to make wise choices for my family and teach my children about real nutrition and what REAL food tastes and looks like. I am very curious about your thoughts on Tosca Reno and her clean eating diet. I hate the word "diet!" This seems to be more of a lifestyle choice though.
